Raritan has packaged the best toilet cleaner and holding tank treatment into one package! K.O. Kills Odors utilizes live, odor-killing bacteria which digest liquids, solid waste, and paper, totally emulsifying them so there’s no need to add “tissue digesters" or other “boosters" to your system.

The bacteria in K.O. actually neutralize the odor-causing elements in waste, effectively converting the contents of your holding tank to an odor-free product. Because the K.O. is so effective when used properly Raritan has discovered it is crucial to clean the toilet with C.P. Cleans Potties. C.P. also contains a strain of bacteria with 100% biodegradable cleaning agents that will not harm the effectiveness of the K.O. product.

You can return the 3P Hitch at any time during the first 60 days of use for a refund. 60 days begins when when the product ships unless otherwise arranged for a later date. We must receive the product in Holly, MI in 60 days or less. All product must be returned in working condition with minor usage marks. Return of damaged parts will not be refunded and will be deducted from any money owed at the discretion of ProPride Industries. To initiate a return you can contact us for a return merchandise authorization. If the hitch was purchased during a FREE shipping promotion, $350 (or the total shipping charges from the shipper if greater than $350) will be deducted for any returned hitches. All shipping charges both ways are paid by the customer. Financing fees not refunded by the card company or finance company are also not refunded. A 10% handling/restocking fee will also be deducted figured from the 3P price at the time of purchase.

Returns of products other than 3P Hitch

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Order Cancellations Before Shipping

If an order is cancelled before shipping there will be a 3.0% deduction from the refunded charge to cover credit card fees that are not returned to ProPride by your card company.
