Plugged this in when it came and no power, plugged it into another vehicle and BAM!, no power. Called up ProPride and they sent me a replacement immediately no questions asked. Great Customer service (returned the replacement as the original was fine - read on). I was frustrated on why it wouldn't work as both 7 pin connectors had power on the auxiliary pin. Here is what I found out! check your voltage on the auxiliary pin and to ground in the connector and then to ground on the vehicle itself. What I found out was that the grounds were dirty (a little bit corroded and not getting the full 12 volts at the auxiliary pin). Re-ran the ground to a clean spot and BOOM! the controller powered up and synced flawlessly just like it was supposed to. Did this on both vehicles and it worked perfectly. Was frustrated at first, but very happy now. Just check that voltage if it doesn't power up right away!!

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
