Hesitated on ordering due to shipping costs. But a message to ProPride resulted (within a day!) in a credit code. Extension arrived a few days later. Quality product. Oh, and who helped me? Uh, the CEO. Seriously, this company is run by a person who cares.

The picture on the web site didn't have a clear image of both ends of this cable, so I submitted a question on their web site. It was Memorial Day, so I was not expecting an answer for 24 hours, but I got a reply (and not an automatic one) within 2 minutes. I ordered the extension cord and it was very well made. I had looked extensively on the Internet for something like this and was very glad to find it. I got it with two or three days, it was very well made and the company was very responsive. I am very pleased.
Will work as intended.

Will serve it's purpose but disappointed that the connectors were not molded. The space between the cable and connectors was filled with silicon in an effort to seal the area.

Shipping

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)
