This is a wonderful complement to the 3P hitch! I wish I had known about it years ago as even reputable service facilities have caused some trouble for me with the way they move my trailer around. This is just what was needed and is a must have item.

It works great in conjunction with the lot bar. Most RV dealers don't know how to handle moving a trailer with a ProPride and this is what's needed.

I ordered the lot bar and it was delivered very quickly and was extremely well packaged in expanded foam. The lot bar was received fully assembled. I just added some grease underneath the hitch ball coupler where a receiver ball would contact the lot bar. Before I had the lot bar, I took my trailer with the 3P hitch to a large RV sales and service company in Phoenix for warranty repair. The service advisor acted like he’d never seen a hitch like a 3P before. I had to leave the hitch bar with the trailer so they could tow it to the service location. This is not ideal as the receiver of the vehicle that they towed the trailer may not have been at the right height and could have damaged the 3P hitch. I will now use the lot bar when taking my trailer for service and feel more confident that my 3P hitch will not be damaged. I also made labels stating 5 MPH MAX and put them on the lot bar and link locking plate. IMO the lot bar should be recommended when purchasing a 3P hitch.

You can return the 3P Hitch at any time during the first 60 days of use for a refund. 60 days begins when you receive the product unless otherwise arranged for a later date. We must receive the product in Holly, MI in 60 days or less. All product must be returned in working condition with minor usage marks. Return of damaged parts will not be refunded and will be deducted from any money owed at the discretion of ProPride Industries. To initiate a return you can contact us for a return merchandise authorization. If the hitch was purchased during a FREE shipping promotion, $299 (or the total shipping charges from the shipper if greater than $299) will be deducted for any returned hitches. All shipping charges both ways are paid by the customer. A 10% handling/restocking fee will also be deducted figured from the 3P price at the time of purchase.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental US. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Returns of products other than 3P Hitch

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
