BATTERY TERMINAL (WINGNUT) (3-415210-1) Ideal for use in the aquatic environment. A clamp-type wing nut terminal can be used to convert a standard post battery to a marine or other special-purpose battery. The epoxy coating option aids in polarity identification and corrosion resistance. A wingnut, also known as a butterfly nut, is a nut with two large metal "wings" on each side that allows it to be tightened and loosened by hand without the use of tools.
